The 6th Fadjr International Festival of Visual Arts

With the assistance of the Almighty God and through the heartwarming companion of the artists in the field of visual arts, the Directorate General of Visual Arts, Art Affairs Department of Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, in collaboration with the Institute for Development of Contemporary Visual Arts and the Directorate General of Culture and Islamic Guidance of the provinces and through the active participation of artists, higher education centers and art associations and institutes, plans to organize the 6th Fadjr International Festival of Visual Arts from 3 to 24 February 2014.

• Calligraphy

• Documentary films on visual arts

Festival's objectives: 

• Honoring spiritual art
• Identification of artists, views and values of the excellent art of Islamic Revolution
• Creating an appropriate field for expression of artistic creativity and for conveyance of the artists' messages
• Enhancing the relations between the contemporary Iranian artists and the world, in particular the artists of the Islamic World
• Achieving and introducing the latest accomplishments in contemporary visual arts
